Structure

The Centre has a governing Board of 7 people, including 2 cyclo drivers. The Board, which meets on a regular basis, was established in May 2005 as the Centre moved towards becoming an independent Cambodian NGO. The Board members, who are are non-remunerated, are responsible for advising on and overseeing the functions and management of the Centre.

Currently the board members are;

Mr Hallam Goad - Chair

Dr Yel Daravuth - from the World Health Organisation

Dr Sung Vinntak  - from Ministry of Health

Mr Chheang So Neangkhun - a Cyclo Driver

Mr Lov Saven - a Cyclo Driver

Mr Meas Kim Seng  - a Freelance Consultant

Ms Kat Anthony - IRIS Cambodia

The Co-ordinator, Ms Nouv Sarany, attends all meetings of the Board, but is not a member.

The Board and staff are conscious of the need for both organisational transparency and the provision of information for the use of donors and stakeholders alike. Consequently they ensure that regular reports are published and that the Centre finances are audited on an annual basis by an independent body (Angkor Certified Accountant, Phnom Penh).

The current management structure of the Centre is shown in the diagram below:
